2. Service Description
BentoBear provides a service to extract and analyze advertisements from Meta Ad Library. We offer bulk scraping, video transcription, and data export capabilities.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Using the service in compliance with applicable laws
- Not attempting to reverse engineer or misuse our systems
- Respecting intellectual property rights of scraped content
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
4. Payment and Credits
Credits are purchased in advance and used to process advertisements. Credits do not expire but are non-refundable once used.
5. Limitation of Liability
BentoBear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
